You are capable of more than surviving — you are capable of thriving. With compassion as our guide, we’re here to walk beside you as you reclaim your strength and your future.

You are not alone — and you are not beyond hope. We meet you with kindness, respect, and belief in your ability to move forward. Every person deserves a chance to heal and create a meaningful life.

Support, Hope and a Path Forward

You don’t have to walk the path alone. Reach out today and take the first step toward a healthier and more fuifilling life.

What to Expect When You Reach Out

Taking the first step can feel overwhelming — but you’re not alone. When you reach out to us, you can expect a response that is compassionate, confidential, and pressure-free.

Here’s what will happen:

  • Confidential Reply: You’ll receive a private response, usually within 2–12 hours, from someone who understands your experience and respects your privacy.
  • Listening Without Judgment: We’ll listen carefully to your story, your needs, and your hopes. You are free to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable.
  • No Pressure: There is no obligation to join anything, commit to anything, or make quick decisions. You control the pace of your journey.
  • Clear Information: We’ll explain your options clearly — whether that’s joining a group, working one-on-one, or accessing additional resources — so you can make informed choices.
  • Support on Your Terms: Whether you’re ready to take action now or just exploring possibilities, we’ll meet you where you are.

You deserve a safe place to seek support, ask questions, and find hope. Reaching out is a powerful first step — and we’re here to walk it with you.

Have Questions?

Frequently Asked
Questions

Is this site anonymous?

Yes. You are not required to share your full name or any identifying information when you first reach out. We are committed to protecting your privacy and creating a space where you feel safe.

Is this therapy?

No, but therapy is available. We offer support groups, recovery coaching, and help connecting you to MAP-friendly therapists who understand your needs. Our affiliated therapists can work with you if clinical care is right for you. Coaching focuses on building a safer, healthier, and more fulfilling life, while therapy can provide deeper clinical support. Many people find that combining coaching and therapy offers the strongest foundation for growth and healing.

Will you report me?

We are committed to confidentiality. We will never share your information unless we believe there is an immediate risk of serious harm to yourself or someone else, as required by law. Simply seeking help or support does not trigger any reporting.

Who can participate?

Our program is designed for minor attracted people who are committed to living safely, responsibly, and with purpose. Whether you’re just beginning to seek support or have been working toward a better life for years, you are welcome here.

What happens after I reach out?

You’ll receive a confidential, compassionate reply within 24 hours. We’ll listen without judgment, explain your options, and help you decide what next steps — if any — feel right for you. You’re always in control of your journey.

What if I’m already in therapy?

That’s great! Our support groups and coaching can complement your therapy work. If you have a therapist, we’re happy to collaborate with them if you wish — or simply support you alongside your clinical care.

What if I’m in crisis?

While we are here to offer support, we are not a crisis center. If you are feeling unsafe or experiencing a mental health emergency, we encourage you to reach out immediately to a crisis line or mental health professional. In the USA dial 911.

How much does the program cost?

We believe support should be accessible. Many of our services are low-cost or donation-based, and we strive to work with each person’s financial situation. We will never turn someone away due to inability to pay.

How do I know this is safe for me?

Every aspect of our program — from first contact to group participation — is designed to prioritize your emotional safety, privacy, and dignity. You will never be pressured, judged, or shamed. Our goal is to walk beside you, not to control your path.
